This sauce is not overly hot or spicy, but provides a nice kick and plenty of flavor! This spicy sauce is perfect for those "Daytona style" wings. Originally developed for pork wings... first fried, then sauced, and char grilled. The sauce gets a nice caramelize effect and tasted great! It evolved into a house wing sauce and is still on the menu today
