This Macintosh Apple Butter, from Frog Hollow Farmstead, in Hubbardton, VT is made in small batches with apples from a 100 year old orchard that they call the "Apple Barrel". Each batch has been cooked for over 10 hours with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.


Spread on some toast, add to your cheese boards, mix in yogurt, oatmeal, or cottage cheese. Or do what we do and eat it with a spoon!


Ingredients: Macintosh Apples, Apple Cider, Sugar, Apple Juice, Ginger, Molasses, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Orange Peel and Allspice
